How BDRS Consulting Began
BDRS Consulting Limited was founded in March 2020 with a clear purpose – to bridge the critical gap between quality construction and affordability in Ghana's real estate sector.
Our journey began with three passionate individuals: Patrick Apoya, Albert Ekuful, and Philip Nkrumah. Each brought unique expertise – from healthcare planning and environmental science to finance and business innovation. Together, we identified a pressing need: millions of Ghanaians, particularly government workers, employees, and informal sector workers, struggle to find decent, affordable housing.
We decided to act. Despite the challenges of a global pandemic, BDRS Consulting was born as a social enterprise with a mission to provide reasonably-priced real estate products and apartments that meet the demands of the 21st century. Today, we are proud to be transforming peri-urban communities across the Greater Accra Region and beyond – one home at a time.

Meet Our Leadership Team
BDRS Consulting is led by a team of seasoned professionals who bring together decades of expertise in finance, healthcare, environmental science, and business innovation. Since founding the company in March 2020, they have worked tirelessly to make quality housing accessible to all Ghanaians.
Patrick Apoya
Co-FounderPatrick holds an MBA in Health Care Planning and Management, an M.Sc. in Environmental Science, and a B.Sc. in Biology from KNUST. He brings scientific rigour and strategic planning to the company.
Philip Nkrumah
Co-FounderPhilip is an accomplished entrepreneur with an HND in Accounting, a BBA in Banking and Finance, and an MBA in Finance. His financial expertise drives the company's growth and sustainability.
Albert Ekuful
Co-FounderAlbert is a Chartered Accountant with an MSc in Finance. He is a partner at K. Kye Accounting Services and Executive Director of CPHD, an NGO focused on community development.
